## Less routine. More time. Lower costs.

I connect the software you already use and automate repetitive tasks. Your team gets time back and you spend less on manual processes.

## Get more from your workflows. Keep the tools you know.

Often, you don’t need another tool. You need a connection between the ones you have. That’s where I come in.

### Automate repetitive work

The things you keep copying, checking or updating deserve a closer look. I turn them into workflows that take work off your team’s hands.

Customer access · Data transfers · Follow-up workflows

### Connect your existing systems

Your CRM, learning platform or webinar tool: I get to know your software and connect it through its APIs. Information arrives where it’s needed.

API integrations · CRM connections · Data exchange

### Build a solution that fits

When an off-the-shelf component isn’t enough, I write the code. From a small extension to a custom workflow built around your business.

Custom code · Tailored workflows · Voicebots

### The task determines the tool.

n8n, Trigger.dev or custom code. I choose what fits your workflow.

## Understand first. Then automate.

Four steps. After each phase, you decide whether to continue.

### 1. Workshop

We look at your workflows and identify where automation could save time.

### 2. Pilot sprint

I build and test one small part of the process. You see whether a rollout is worthwhile.

### 3. Rollout

The tested automation goes live. Your team gets documentation and a walkthrough.

### 4. Support & hosting

I support your automation within the agreed scope and can also provide GDPR-compliant hosting.

## You work directly with the developer.

Elias Frick, Software developer & automation partner

I develop software and build automations for businesses. I start with your working day: what already works well? Where is the same information being transferred by hand again and again?

Software development was my profession before the vibe-coding trend. I can use existing tools and write custom code when your process needs it.

You explain your workflow. I take care of the connections.

## What that looks like in practice.

Three projects that turned separate tasks into connected workflows.

### Course access that runs itself.

Online academy · Learning platform & CRM

From purchase to course access, without manual enrollment.

**The starting point**

After every online purchase, the team had to manually set up access and add the customer to the right course.

**The implementation**

The automation connects a purchase to enrollment, handles later unenrollment and sends course completion information to the CRM.

**The result**

Manual enrollment work is eliminated, saving the team time every week.

Access and completion in one connected workflow.

### Webinar finished. Ready to follow up.

Training provider · Webinars & sales

The right attendance information goes straight to sales.

**The starting point**

To follow up after a webinar, sales needs to know who attended and how long they stayed.

**The implementation**

After the webinar, the automation transfers attendees and their attendance duration into the CRM.

**The result**

Sales can see the attendance information directly and use it to follow up by phone.

Who attended? For how long? Right in the CRM.

### A voicebot for outbound calls.

Real estate company, USA · Voicebot & outbound

Around 500 calls a day for a real estate company in the US.

**The starting point**

The company wanted a voicebot to handle outbound phone calls.

**The implementation**

I developed and implemented a voicebot for this outbound workflow.

**The result**

Using the voicebot helped the company increase sales and revenue while reducing the time spent on outbound calls.

Approximately 500 calls per day.

### Do you only work with n8n or Trigger.dev?

No. They are tools I use when they fit the task. Where it makes more sense, I write custom code or connect systems directly through their APIs.
